I’m a certified somatic sexologist supporting women to feel confident, connected and at home in their bodies and couples in cultivating deeper, more fulfilling intimacy.
I help people move from disconnection and uncertainty into embodied confidence, clear communication, and intimacy that feels connected, nourishing and deeply satisfying.
I’ve always been fascinated by what drives our behaviour especially when it comes to intimacy.
In early adulthood, I found it confusing that sex could be such an important part of relationships, yet still feel taboo to talk about. We weren’t taught about our bodies, our pleasure, or how to communicate what we actually want.
When intimacy felt performative or one-sided, I was left feeling unfulfilled and without the tools to change it.
Healing my relationship with my body, boundaries, and ability to receive opened the door to deeper sexual self-discovery. I know what it feels like to lack confidence, feel pressure to perform, or struggle to let go, especially without the education or language to understand what you need.
When shame replaces knowledge, people disconnect from their desires. Intimacy becomes routine, desire fades, and many settle without realising something more is possible.
With training in somatic sexology, sexological bodywork and a master’s in psychology, I now help people reconnect with their bodies, communicate their needs and create intimacy that feels alive, confident, and deeply satisfying.
