Hi, I'M RACHELE FIALCO
I'm a Somatic Sexologist & Pleasure-Focused Embodiment Educator. Over the years, my work—across a range of professional settings—has centered on one mission: helping women feel at home and confident in their own skin.
In a judgement-free space, I guide you to feel seen and safe enough to release the shame and guilt that keeps you stuck in performance, instead of authentic erotic expression.
Through our work together, you will gain courage and freedom from inhibitions and judgments keeping you stuck in old patterns. You will learn to embrace your unique sensual essence, rewrite negative sex narratives, and become empowered to ask for what you want and say no to what you don't.

Hi, I'm RACHELE!
Somatic sexologist + Embodiment Coach
Sex and the deeper motivations behind our behaviour and life choices have always fascinated me. I learned early on that if intimacy felt performative or one-sided, I felt unfulfilled after.
Healing my relationship with my body, boundaries, and my ability to receive led me into deeper sexual self-discovery. I know what it’s like to lack confidence, struggle to let go, or feel pressure to perform, especially in a world where most of us never received real sex education and absorbed a lot of shame instead.
Cultural shame and poor sex education leave many people disconnected from their needs and unsure how to ask for what they want. Intimacy becomes routine, desire fades, and people settle, often out of stress, fear of rejection, or not knowing there’s another way.
My experiences, and hearing these stories again and again, fueled my passion for sex education and sexual liberation. With training in somatic sexology, sexological bodywork, and a master’s in psychology, I now help people build confidence, communicate clearly, and create intimacy that’s pleasurable, passionate, connected, and genuinely satisfying.
